Payment

COD- We offer Cash On Delivery all over Pakistan.

Bank Transfer- You can also request Bank Transfer by selecting Bank Transfer on Checkout. For further confirmation, send a screenshot of the transfer to the page.

Delivery

• Our deliveries take 1 to 3 days for Karachi, and a week for other cities. If you reside in a non-main city delivery can take 7 to 10 days.

• Delivery Charges for all Cities are 180 PKR.

• FREE DELIVERY ‼️ On ALL orders above 3500 PKR.

Exchange Policy

Karachi deliveries can request an exchange. You can contact us at our Instagram or Facebook pages with your case, so our team can facilitate an exchange for you. You can also exchange with a product of equal or more value! If the amount is less than the previous transaction, the remaining amount is not refunded.

Replacement

If the product you receive is not like the image, or is broken in transit our team will replace it free of cost! You can contact us on our Instagram or Facebook Pages, or on sanvarnaaccessories@gmail.com

Refund

If the product you receive is not like the image, or is broken in transit, our team will replace it free of cost! (T&Cs apply). If the product you have purchased is not in stock for replacement, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product (Delivery charges not included).

Exchange and refunds are possible within 8 days of receiving the product

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours
