Policy

An Exchange, refund, or replacement policy is only applicable on items that may come broken during transit or if an incorrect product has come instead. 

How to resolve your case: 

Message us on our Facebook or Instagram page with your order number, as well as a picture of the item (Clearly showing the damage)

If the item is in stock our team will replace it (free of cost of course), if it is out of stock, our team will refund it. 

Note: All replacements, exchanges, and refunds can only be done within 8 days of the delivery. The delivery cost is not refunded in any case. 

You can also exchange with a product of equal or more value! If the amount is less than the previous transaction, the remaining amount is not refunded.

Cities outside of Karachi will have to send their product back to us for exchange. 

 

Query- I want to change my item cause its too big/small or I didn't like it! 

Sure! Our team will happily exchange your item. You will have to ship back the product to us (Bearing the shipping cost) and can place another order of equal or more value. If you get a product of less value, the remaining amount is not refunded. 

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS are not possible if an item is bought on any kind of sale! This applies to seasonal sales and discount codes.

Exchange and refunds are possible within 8 days of receiving the product. Once you click on the terms & conditions during checkout, you agree to all policies.
