Payment Options
Cash on Delivery: We offer Cash On Delivery all over Pakistan. Our services are not yet global.
Prepayment via Bank Transfer: You can also request Bank Transfer by selecting the Bank Transfer option during Checkout. For further confirmation, send a screenshot of the transfer to the page, within the first 6 hours of placing the order.
Please note: If you do not verify your Bank transfer, it will be processed as COD.
Delivery Time
After you place your order, we take 1 working day for packing and processing.
- Our deliveries take 3-5 days for Karachi, and 4-7 working days for other cities. If you reside in a non-main city delivery can take 7 to 10 days.
- Delivery Charges for all Cities are 180 PKR.
- FREE DELIVERY: On ALL orders above 3500 PKR.
Delivery Guidelines
1- Do not open the parcel before delivery. We are very responsive on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Feel free to correspond with us if you face any issues with your package.
2- Orders above 10k require pre-payment.
3- Please be available to receive the parcel, or make arrangements accordingly. Third-party couriers cannot deliver within specific time frames but according to the route.
4- Customers who refuse parcels after placing an order are not shipped the orders again.
5- Please receive calls from unknown numbers if you are expecting a parcel. The parcel will be returned to us if you do not correspond with riders- and has to be re-shipped (Delivery cost has to be paid again)
5- Order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them
