1. Payment Options
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. Our services are not yet global.
Prepayment via Bank Transfer
Select Bank Transfer at checkout, then send a screenshot of the transfer within 6 hours of placing your order. Unverified transfers are processed as Cash on Delivery.
2. Delivery Times
After you place your order, we take 1 working day to pack and process it. From there:
- Karachi: 4–5 working days.
- Other cities: 5–8 working days.
- Non-main cities: 7–10 working days.
- Delivery charge: PKR 200 for all cities — free on orders above PKR 5,000.
3. Delivery Guidelines

Do not open the parcel before delivery. Reach out on Instagram or Facebook if there's an issue with your package.

Orders above PKR 10,000 require prepayment.

Please be available to receive your parcel, or arrange for someone who can — couriers deliver by route, not a fixed time slot.

Orders refused after being placed will not be re-shipped.

Please answer calls from unknown numbers if you're expecting a delivery — unanswered parcels are returned to us and re-shipping costs apply.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed.
