If you have not yet recieved the tracking code, you can request our team for one!
1- Do not open the parcel before delivery. We are very responsive on our instagram and facebook pages. Feel free to correspond with us if you face any issues with your package.
2- Orders above 10k require pre-payment.
3- Please be available to recieve the parcel, or make arrangements accordingly.
4- Customers who refuse parcels after placing an order are not shipped the orders again.
5- Please receive calls from unknown numbers if you are expecting a parcel. The parcel will be returned to us if you do not corresponded with riders- and has to be reshipped.
